Please follow aftercare for your own wellbeing.
Drink plenty of water after your treatment to avoid dehydration and eliminate toxins, reduce fatigue and improve overall experience.
Allow oils to soak into your skin for optimum experience and benefit to your skin.
Avoid ultra violet light exposure as skin may be more sensitive for 24 hours.
Introduce herbal teas, water, fresh juice to replace fluids lost without absorbing toxins from tea or coffee or alcohol. Reiki and massage are both very detoxifying.
Try to relax and enjoy the continued effect of treatment at home .
Please ask advice on suitable oils for use in your own home in-between treatments. If there is a demand I will try to offer these oils for retail, so let me know what you think.
Aim to lead a healthy balanced lifestyle at home, you are in control!
Please be aware of any post-service reactions, everyone is different and your body is in a rebalancing state and may take a short time to readjust, not everyone may feel this way, but if you do please be aware that this is perfectly normal and do not panic, often the body has imbalances, because reiki seeks to gain rebalance a healing reaction/contra action can occur. This should be viewed as a positive, if you have any concerns regarding your treatment or future appointments please contact me.
Please be aware if you have sensitivities, diabetes, epilepsy or a pacemaker to make me aware, as not all treatments would be suitable for you but we would be able to discuss at your consultation.
