Baby massage is a wonderful experience for both parent and child…the course covers simple routine to encourage general well being for both baby and mum. Whilst it is possible to learn the principles of baby massage from books or dvds, there really is no substitute for learning from an experienced instructor.
Mats, cushions and oils are provided during the class and you will receive a 50ml bottle of Natural organic sunflower baby massage oil to take home with you to practice at home, also learn some relaxation ideas to help on hectic days and sleepless nights.

You can practice with older children at home to make them feel part of this wonderful experience, but if you have a pre-school child please contact Mayfair crèche so your tot can have fun while you learn the routine and focus on baby for the class, without trying to juggle both children as this can be distracting for yourself and other parents.
Along with hand-outs to support the routine, and encourage development.
Please bring babies towel along to use during and after the massage, and a favourite toy or soother incase of tiredness. A clean nappy may also be advisable!
